The Senior Citizens Resource Directory is now 28 years old. We publish separate issues for San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. We have over 70 Pages of medical information with many informative articles from the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society. There are educational articles many with photographs on senior centers, Meals on Wheels, and adult day care centers.

In addition to sponsorships and articles placed strategically throughout the booklet, there are also almost 24 pages of important resource listings for Seniors and Caregivers.

Each county receives 10,000 free copies which are distributed to all senior centers, hospitals, Chambers of Commerce, area agencies on aging and other medical facilities. Beside copies for sponsors, many agencies, such as agencies for retired fire, police and school employees may request copies to distribute.
